Michael has a Fine Homes Specialist designation, based on his expertise and experience in marketing luxury listings. He is also an e-Certified sales professional, which recognizes his expertise in using technology (specifically the Internet) in real estate marketing and sales.Michael earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the most rigorous and professional residential designation available to Realtors®. Only 3% of real estate professionals, nationwide, have completed the coursework and satisfied the requirements to become members of the Council of Residential Specialists.He is a member of the Worldwide Recreation & Resort Sales Council (WRRSC) and has earned that organization´s Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation.Michael is able to articulate his unique services. Michael defines himself as a "full service" broker. He has developed several customized programs, including an "After Sales Care Program," "Easy Exit" guarantee, both a Home Buyer's and Home Seller´s Workbook, and a comprehensive Business Directory.A resident of Santa Fe since 1986, Michael is a native Californian. For many years Michael performed with the New Christy Minstrels, a popular Folk group. He studied Business Management and Economics at Texas Tech. He is also a member of The Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce.On a personal note, Michael lives in Santa Fe´s Historic Eastside. His passions include tennis and falconry. He has held a Master Falconer's License for 38 years and is a member of the North American Falconers Association and the Japanese Falconry Association.
